On 30 March 2026, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) released draft amendments to the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and invited public comments by 14 April 2026. SFLC.in is hosting this learning call as a stakeholder consultation space for participants to raise concerns, ask questions, and seek clarifications regarding the proposed amendments.

This session is designed as an interactive forum for people to

• Engage in discussion with other stakeholders and experts
• Ask questions about the draft amendments
• Raise concerns regarding their potential impact

Please note: This call is focused on listening and engagement, and participants are encouraged to come prepared with their questions and concerns.
