On 30 March 2026, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) released draft amendments to the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and invited public comments by 14 April 2026. SFLC.in is hosting this learning call as a stakeholder consultation space for participants to raise concerns, ask questions, and seek clarifications regarding the proposed amendments.
This session is designed as an interactive forum for people to

- Raise concerns regarding their potential impact
